The Utah Jazz are a professional basketball team based in Salt Lake City, Utah. Founded in 1974 as the New Orleans Jazz, they relocated in 1979. They reached the NBA Finals in 1997 and 1998 led by John Stockton and Karl Malone but have yet to win a championship. Known for their strong home-court advantage at Delta Center, they have focused on rebuilding around young talent.
