At Betz Legacy, we strive to get your cards to you safely and quickly. Below is our current shipping policy.

Processing time

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment is received.

Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day.

Combined shipping

We automatically combine shipping on multiple items whenever possible to save you money. Our system calculates the lowest possible rate based on weight and size.

International shipping

We currently ship to select countries. International orders are shipped via USPS First Class International or Priority Mail International. Customs fees, duties, and taxes are the responsibility of the buyer.

Local pickup

Customers in the Albany NY area are welcome to choose free in-store pickup at our location inside Pro Image Sports at Crossgates Mall. You'll be notified when your order is ready.

Shipping damage or lost packages

All packages are insured up to the purchase value.

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours with photos.

For lost packages, we will work with the carrier to file a claim and issue a replacement or refund as quickly as possible. Once a package is marked as delivered by the carrier, we consider it received. Buyers are responsible for ensuring a secure delivery location.

Important notes

Sports cards are shipped in protective top loaders and team bags whenever possible.
We are not responsible for delays caused by the shipping carrier.
Orders over a certain value may require signature confirmation for security.
